Using the foundation of the gold standard evidence-based tools and techniques from The HeartMath® Institute and the Centre for Mindful Self Compassion, Willow Francis will fully support you to learn, practice and integrate tools and understandings that can have a profound and practical impact in your life. These tools are an incredible asset in allowing you to manage energy, stress and difficult emotions. He will also assist you in understanding how to change conditioned reaction patterns, find balance and poise through the day and see old challenges with new eyes and possibilities. Willow generally offers a foundational 6 week program and can then provide further support if needed. During the program, you will build a solid new foundation of practice that allows you to make immediate, significant and on-going changes to the important areas of your life.
