Natural Meditation – A 6-Week Course on Awakening
This 6-week experiential journey is not about becoming better, fixing yourself or reaching a higher state.
It’s about ending the belief that at essence, you are a separate self at all.
* Wednesday evenings, 6.15 pm arrival for a 6.30pm start for six weekly 75- minute sessions.
Through simple, direct, meditative inquiry, you will be guided to recognise what has always been present – awareness itself.
No philosophy, dogma or striving. Just clear seeing.

Cancellation Policy: This ticket is refundable (minus any processing fees if you pay by credit card) up until 1 week prior to the start of the first session. If you miss a session for any reason, you will still receive the recording so you can continue your practice at home.
