Exploring Presence – A 6-week experiential journey

We do this through experiences, relationships, achievements, knowledge, and spiritual practices.
Yet what if the deepest truth is not something to be found? What if it is what remains when the searching settles?
Exploring Presence is a six-week journey into the direct recognition of what is already here.
Through meditation, inquiry, and shared exploration, we will investigate the nature of awareness itself and the freedom available when we stop orienting life around the separate sense of “me.”
This is not about adopting beliefs.
It is not about becoming a more spiritual person.
It is not about self-improvement.
It is an invitation to recognise the presence that has never left.
The stillness that exists beneath movement.
The openness that holds every experience.
The quiet aliveness of being.
This course is for you if:
• You feel exhausted by seeking

Cancellation Policy: This ticket is refundable (minus any processing fees if you pay by credit card) up until 1 week prior to the start of the first session. If you miss a session for any reason, you will still receive the recording so you can continue your practice at home.
