- This block of meditation sessions, is running on Wednesday evenings for 6 sessions from the 10th July 2024.
- This course is for those who have already completed “The Art of Being with What is” Foundational Meditation Classes.
If you would like to come once a week to strengthen and ground your meditation experience with your community, sitting around the metaphorical fire, then this is the time.
The intention for this block of sessions is to leverage the potency of our collective stillness and depth. As many of you can attest, your capacity to sit in deep stillness for longer arises naturally when we are together, and perception of time, space and identity opens and morphs.
Being with what is in this amplified and rarefied space, supports us to experience a true flow of the divine through us and into our lives. Even though meditation is an individual practice at the surface level, the resonance effect of sitting together compounds our meditation personally and socially.
We will start with a short insight into a broader spiritual truth, then sit and attune with the resonance of it. These shared consciousness experiences can take be profound and have a grounding, stabilising affect for you through your week and in your on-going practice.
