Willow and I (Catherine) have had the honour over the last decade of assisting hundreds of incredible women to “come home” and reside in the powerfully loving and emotionally composed selves they already are beneath the built-up exhaustion, irritability, and mind-chaos!

Your life is precious! Now is the time to reclaim your inner sovereignty and gain control of your pace and perceptions. It really is essential that we liberate ourselves from a current (and historical) cultural paradigm that does not support any of us.

We need to nurture strong, open-hearted women in this world, not be burdened by a carryover from the 1950s! You CAN let go of this need to try to meet an illusory idea of a “perfect mother,” a “perfect wife,” and a “perfect business person or therapist!”

We want balanced masculine and feminine expressions, not either/or: not “hard arse, get things done at all costs” and not “walk all over me and no space for what I need to thrive as a person.” We want women who are strong, internally spacious, fiercely AND softly loving, and who can show future generations how it’s done! Meditation and Mindfulness Classes Perth

 

The tools and understandings you will gain come primarily from the HeartMath Institute – an incredible research and education based organisation – now considered a gold standard training globally for teaching evidence-based tools and techniques effective for handling stress and difficult emotions, building genuine resilience and cultivating practical heart intelligence.

Willow and I have been practicing and teaching this approach since 2013 and have worked successfully now with thousands of individuals – both in group and 1:1 contexts.

The majority of the tools you will learn  are short, simple (but not simplistic) and ‘in the moment’ techniques that you can use in any situation with your eyes open and in the presence of others.

This makes them practical and able to become part of your day without needing to change your current lifestyle. During the course, you will do one practice that is a little longer towards the beginning and end of the day (10 minutes). This is a very enjoyable process that will nourish your system and re-set your internal physiological baseline to one of more space, joy, balance and ease.

Once you finish up the course, you will decide which of the tools you will continue to integrate into your life. You will find that, through this work, from the technique you learn in module 1…you will experience a sense of having more time, energy and perspective!

This approach works with the knowledge that specific interactions between the nervous system, the physical heart and the brain are required in order to change emotional patterns and reactions, our experience of Time and our perception of situations and our life in general.

We give short, simple but powerful tools, focused on self-awareness, breathing and gentle deliberate shifts into renewing emotional stats. Most tools are 30 seconds to 1 minute strategically integrated into what you are already doing in your day. You will also experience a-ha moments, insights and shifts in perception that support fast positive change.

 

Who are your guides?

 

Willow and I both come from medical backgrounds, so we have a solid understanding of physiology and also know how to care for those who are suffering and ready to make change! Willow worked as a paramedic and in nursing, and I worked as a physiotherapist in the community. When we met in 2008, we both realised that the medical model we were working in was limiting our own growth and capacity to care for others.

Since then, we have brought our science and medical understandings together with holistic modalities to support ourselves and others towards wholeness, purpose, and a connection with their divine nature.

We have really put these tools to the test: Willow and I are a couple; we live together; and we have been business partners for 15 years. We still use these tools daily to handle ourselves, make business decisions, and deal with the inevitable relationship changes and challenges that arise. We have used these tools in so many situations and have assisted a large number of women in similar situations to you to reclaim balance and sovereignty.

Module 1: From Chaos to Coherence
Why our brains go to mush when we are under the pump and what we can do about it…fast

In module 1 we will explore:

  • The 30 second power tool that gives you more time
  • The evolutionary negativity bias and how to intervene
  • The first re-engineering tool that starts to permanently re-pattern your nervous system to become more balanced and less anxious

 

Module 2: You’re the Boss
Coming back to your inner point of power

In module 2 we will explore:

  • The particular pain points that trip you up throughout the day and how to start to handle them more graciously
  • How to prepare yourself for stressful situations, reset when you have been knocked off centre and sustain composure for longer during the day
  • How unconscious emotions drain our energy and how to handle our daily energy reserves with more skill

 

Module 3: Your personal attitude adjuster
What attitudes, patterns and conditioning are getting in the way of your balance and sovereignty

In module 3 we will explore:

  • How to identify and re-pattern one ingrained attitude that can exponentially speed up your transformation
  • How to access a state of inner ease and composure that brings balance to your nervous system and plugs you in to the natural flow of your life
  • The one phrase that acts as the ultimate attitude adjuster!

 

Module 4: New Decisions from the Heart
You’ve now got more time and energy, what are you going to do with it!?

In module 4 we will explore:

  • Science of intuition and heart intelligence
    How to make decisions that align you with your highest self expression and more treasured core values
