They use their special ceremonial cacao in combination with a fine organic panela sweetener which is stone ground for a minimum of 24 hours, resulting in a velvety smooth and creamy texture.
Fine criollo cacao beans are sourced from a small village in Peru where cacao natively flourishes. Farmers work co-operatively and are part of the globally recognised UTZ program which offers expert guidance on sustainable farming methods, working environments and care for nature.
They last entered their chocolate into the Royal Show Chocolate Awards in 2022, and won gold for flavour and texture.
